Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change the party date?
Up to two weeks before the party, you can still change the date. If sickness or something major forces you to cancel a party, you will be forfeit the $75.00 deposit, but if you reschedule, we’ll credit the deposit back to you.
I don’t know how many people will come. Should I book a small or big party?
We will count the number of guests that actually show up at the party, and charge you either for extra guests at a small party or upgrade you to a big party, whichever is the lesser amount.
Can I use by own invitations?
Yes, we just require that all guests have signed waivers, which is why we provide you with free invitations.
Do you provide plates and napkins?
No.
Do we have to pay extra for arcade games?
No, they are free.
Is the birthday guest free?
No, sorry. Neither are siblings, except if they are under 4.
Two hours won’t be enough, can we book a longer party?
Yes, but we will charge you for multiple parties.
We’d like to hold a fundraiser at CIRCUITS. Is this possible?
Yes, keeping in mind our neighborhood location and fire marshall restriction of 78 people.
